INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We utilize DHL carriers to deliver international packages. Once your order is confirmed and processed it can take 5-7 business days for your order to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the shipping carrier and tracking number.
International shipping rates vary depending on location and weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
All prices on our site are in US dollars and Naira depending on the currency suitable for you. We do not provide more than these two currencies, should incase you want to order with different currency, your bank will convert depending on the going rate at the time you place your order. All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a STORE CREDIT for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once DHL has marked your package as delivered.

We utilize GIG carriers to deliver inter-state packages. Once your order is confirmed and processed it can take 4-5 business days for your order to process and ship excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order is shipped you will receive a text message notification with the tracking number.
Inter-state shipping rates vary depending the weight of the package. At check out your total shipping will be shown depending upon the weight of your shopping bag.
LOCAL SHIPPING
Delivery within Lagos takes 1-3 business days, this means your package can be delivered same day if you confirm your order. Once your order is shipped you will receive a call from our dispatch to schedule your delivery and confirm your address.
